What to see in this tour

The Lena River. We cross the Lena River from Yakutsk to Nizhny Bestyakh (see on the map) two times by a ferry.
Glacier of Lake Buluus. It’s a huge glacier formed during the wintertime thanks to underground water sources. It doesn’t melt in June and July. It might be affected by rains and heat in August. The constant temperature is +4C +6C on the ice in summer. Located ~100 km on the opposite bank of the Lena River from Yakutsk. See on the map
Turuuk Khaia Cliff. With a splendid view on the dense Siberian forest. See on the map.

We do not gather groups for specific dates. All trips are private and done upon request. If you need travel mates to share transport expenses, please, let us know your wished date, and we’ll publish them on here.

Itinerary

08:00 – Picking up at hotel.
08:00 – 8:20 – Transfer from Yakutsk to a ferry in the area of Darkylakh, 10 km.
08:40 – 10:00 – Crossing the Lena River by a ferry, 16 km.
10:00 – 11:30 – Transfer from a ferry to Buluus Glacier, 96 km.
11:30 – 14:00 – Free time on the Glacier of Lake Buluus. Time for lunch (not included).
14:00 – 15:00 – Transfer to the Kyuryulyur River, 33 km. With a stop by Turuuk Khaia Cliff.
15:00 – 17:00 – Free time on Turuuk Khaya Cliff with a splendid view on the dense Siberian forest (taiga).
17:00 – 18:00 – Drive back to the ferry, 98 km.
18:30 – 20:00 – Crossing the Lena River by a transport ferry.
±20:30 – Back to hotel.

Rates for Summer 2019

For 5 people = 4 500 RUB per person.
For 4 people = 5 500 RUB per person.
For 3 people = 6 800 RUB per person.
For 2 people = 9 500 RUB per person.
For 1 person = 18 500 RUB.

If you have a group of bigger size, please, let us know. More people, less the final rate.

– off-road transport w/ driver (Toyota Land Cruiser 105/Prado for 1-3 people, minibus Toyota Hiace for 4 and more people);
– ferry passes for transport and passengers (round trip).

Not include:

– meals & drinks;
– entry tickets to the Glacier of Lake Buluus, Turuuk Khaia Cliff and the Kyuryulyur River (obligatory) (500 RUB per person);
– German-/French-/Spanish-/Chinese- or Japanese-speaking guide (optional) (if ordered, 8500 RUB per day).
